Addus is a great company. Becky Bieker is an amazing person. She cares for her clients and employees. She strives to keep her clients well cared for and to give them the best quality of life while helping them be able to stay in their own homes. Thank you Becky for everything you do.

I would like to take the opportunity to give an at a boy to Becky Bieker. She works hard to ensure that my daughter gets quality care. She also is a great commicater and keeps in touch to ensure that i and my daughter are getting quality service and care. You at Addus have a good quality manager in Becky and one you can be proud of. Addus has been my daughter's provider for PC services and this organization located in Barling by far has been the most efficient in providing caregivers and the training they give each caregiver has been exceptional. If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would!!! Highly recommended!!

The air they provided me was elderly and unable to help me, I'm a 200p female and if I fall and have a seizure she wouldn't be able to help me instead she sat on my couch and did nothing even after the fact that I gave her a list of stuff todo each day. She didn't help me carry groceries in the store while I had a brace on my hand and doc orders I can't be lifting she forced me to lift heavy bags didn't help me just walked out to her car and left me. She is also my neighbors aid and my neighbor keeps complaining about this lady Because she showed up one day through away all of her canned goods bc she felt she needed to leaving this resident without food. I take her some canned food from the pantry and the lady throws that away too. Canned food has a 20y life spane and it is NOT TRASH and she is taken away from someone in need and is not helping. She refused to even clean a stove at this persons apartment but came to my apartment and cleaned mine. She does not need to be aid period.
