I have had loved ones at Ashton place for therapy and was very impressed with the care they received. The therapy team were top-notch, and made a huge difference. The staff was always friendly, approachable, and willing to help. The facility is clean and well maintained, the landscaping and gazebo area was a nice place to relax outside. The activities and bingo were alot of fun and the hairdresser is incredibly sweet and kind. I love how it feels like your right at home. Highly recommend. ❤️ 😊

This nursing and rehabilitation center deserves every bit of a five-star review. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the compassion. Everyone is friendly. The building is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Knowing your loved one is cared for like family brings a level of peace you can’t put a price on. Highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation or long-term care.

Five stars isn’t enough for this place. The staff truly care about their residents and go above and beyond every single day. The nurses, CNAs, therapy team, and management treat everyone with kindness. The facility is clean, welcoming, and feels like family. You can tell the people here genuinely love what they do, and it shows. I would absolutely recommend this nursing and rehabilitation center to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care for their loved ones.

Ashton Place Health & Rehab is by far one of the most beautiful homes around the Fort Smith River Valley area. The home is not only beautiful, it is well kept and the decor/furniture is kept updated and current. Staff is great! You can tell they have a 'Family' atmosphere there for sure!! The residents are very loved and cherished. :)

My father twice visited Ashton Place for rehab with amazing results so when it was time to make the hard decision to transition to long term care Ashton Place was an easy choice. The building itself always impresses by being so fresh and clean and the around the clock medical, laundry, housekeeping and dietary staff let me rest easy at night knowing that my father is well taken care of. Beyond the amazing care that my family receives, what makes Ashton Place special is that Dad isn’t treated like a patient at a hospital, he’s a loved one at home.
