DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. The employees do not care about the people here at all. They’re rude, they have no compassion or empathy, they lose people’s belongings and they treat the elderly people terribly. Especially if they’re on Medicaid.

My mom was in there for 16 days we complained every day her food was cold ice cold when she finally got it. We would visit her for hours and on one would come to see if she needed anything I would always have to go get her ice water when I got there the cup was always empty. She would ask for coffee with her food it was cold too.i even asked to speak to the administrator I have yet to meet him. Didn't know any names of the nurses or aids they didn't where badges and didn't introduce themselves. This place was supposed to be above average over all the rest of them this one was forth on the list out of 15 places. In my opinion this one should have been last place. The first three choices had no beds so I went with this one never again. I would advise everyone to make that choice wisely check further into it before making that decision.

I went to go visit a family member. And my first interactions with Steph was horrible. I asked somebody if they could direct me to where my family member was and their response was I am not a nurse. I had to ask five people to eventually find out where they were. The staff would just point in a direction there was no help. There's not enough. Handicap ramps to be able to maneuver people in and out of the building. There were boxes piled all along the walls, I can understand maybe they had recently got a delivery but they were there for 3 days. I just felt very uneasy at the environment. It did not feel clean and definitely does not look like the pictures they have on their website. So my first impression is a thumbs down. I wouldn't leave my dog there. Unfortunately I don't live in the state so I don't have a say in where my family member is staying. I am grateful that it's temporary. I only wish I had thought to take some pictures.
