The dangers this employee imposes is real. 6 am my boyfriend and I pull out of our driveway not a car in sight. Before we get to the Stop sign at the end of 127 (rock road) which isn’t even a quarter a mile they’re barreling behind us. We get to the stop sign and they proceed to run the sign turn right immediately behind us and turn into the oncoming traffic immediately instead of turning into their lane. While they’re passing us the passenger is throwing hands out the window. I couldn’t make out if they were giving a peace sign or flipping us off. The whole ride to Roger’s on highway 12 they were doing nothing but riding peoples back end or passing unsafely in the double yellow. At one point they even almost hit a car head on. I don’t care how late you are to anything. What you’re late for is not worth the life of another. Do better.

Trish, director of nursing. seemed helpful and knowledgeable and was a delight. The ‘administrator’ Brandon seemed very inclined to just pass the buck on our issues, Madison apparently works for this company but in Narnia. Nobody can find her or her boss and she makes false promises after taking a patient from Heather at Northwest who had no business being discharged. That’s cold beets, unsweetened tea and a lukewarm sandwich in the photo… the dinner served in the Mt View location. This system of care facilities is extremely poorly managed and when you call the corporate number I was given, it’s a child on the voicemail message, a literal child. I’m glad this all came to light fairly early in our dealings. I’d steer clear. All the facilities need renovation and new administration. If you have an issue they will basically tell you too bad so sad even if it’s at the patients detriment.

The staff truly do care for the residents in this facility. They don’t claim to be perfect because they are human but their heart does show to each and every resident. The residents and staff are so grateful to be back in Rogers closer to their families.

Trish, Director of nurses, is a wonderful caring nurse who provides excellent care for all of her patients and her staff. My mother was in her facility under her care and I never had any concern about the welfare of my mom. It was a blessing for me to have the kind of care that was provided to her by the staff and Nurses. The workers and Trish continue to strive daily to provide care for their patients. I am so thankful for them.

Our mom has been at The Blossoms for about two months, and I am thrilled with the staff at Blossoms that care for her. She is in the memory care wing and is thriving. I am very grateful to specific staff for getting to know her and truly take care of her like family, I know I may leave someone out, but I am so grateful to all of the staff, from Debbie, Aida, Tia, CC, Ericka, Elisa, Laura, Alfred and Trish, thank you thank you thank you! Yes, the facility is old, but clean. I felt very heard when discussing my moms care with nurses, cna's, janitorial staff and admin and my mom's needs were addressed with kindness, dignity and respect. I really appreciate your loving care.
