I have been at Promenade Health and Rehab for the past two months, and I can honestly say it is by far the best rehab facility I have ever experienced. From the compassionate nursing staff and outstanding therapy team to the dietary department and administration, everyone has gone above and beyond to make my stay a positive one. I never expected to make so many wonderful friends or create so many memories that I’ll carry with me long after I leave. The care, kindness, and encouragement I’ve received here have meant more than words can express. If you or a loved one needs rehabilitation or skilled nursing care, I highly recommend Promenade Health and Rehab. My name is Beverly Hansen and promenade is one of the best places I have ever been to. The staff here is amazing. I came to promenade I couldn’t even roll over or stand up or move from the car accident I was in. My leg was completely killing me, but with therapy and the CNA‘s and all the care I got here I’ve done amazingly well and I’m so pleased that I can now go home and finish my Rehab at home. The rehab team is the best in NWA, if you need rehab come to promenade

This is my Moms 2nd stay at this rehab facility. The personalized care she has received has been excellent both times. The attention from staff in physical therapy, nursing and caregivers has kept her comfortable and cared for. As a family, we have been blessed by the level of care and attention given to her by everyone here!!

I have been in several hospitals in the past and this is the first time I've ever had to go from a hospital to a rehab. I was very anxious about coming to a rehab I was worried that I would not get the care I needed due to whatever reason my brain invented. I read the reviews of many rehabs and skilled nursing facilities and this rehab here at Promenade was the only one that I felt like I would even try to come to. The reviews were great and when I got here I can see why. I have had the most wonderful experience here and the staff treats you like family. I don't have any complaints whatsoever and I have even made friends with the residents here and they are wonderful as well. I am a nurse so I knew what I needed to get well and I was given that and more. The physical therapy department is great and they are all so compassionate and encouraging and I couldn't have ever asked to go anywhere better. So if you need physical therapy and rehab after a surgery or any type of injury that you're in need of therapy, this is the place. I gave it a rating of a five because they deserve it, as I said I have no complaints. So a big shout out to everyone on Piney Trail Hall, bless you and thank you for taking good care of me. If I ever need you again which I hope I don't I will definitely be coming here. Also the people that live here and that are here for the same thing I am we're all just as grateful and happy to be here. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️.

If I was able to give them a ten I would. If u are looking for an excellent place for a loved one this is it. The people are the very best. The place is very clean and doesn’t have a smell ( unless someone just had a BM). They love on the residents like family. My mother-in-law spent two years there before dementia took her home. I got to know a lot of the other residents and they say it’s home to them. It’s the very best in NWA. Thank you all who work there for taking care of Patsy. Love u all.
