BrightStar was first introduced to us at Pinacle Grove in Rogers to help my mom who had dementia. Tara with BrightStar started helping her and was a blessing. She allowed my parents to continue living independently until her passing. Then Tara and her cohorts supported my dad for several months until he needed to move to skilled nursing full time. Nice honorable people I admire.

The Bright Star team is unmatched. My mother wouldn’t be able to walk today without Tera and the Bright Star Team. Tera checks on my mother twice a day, and Mom eagerly awaits every visit. I cannot say enough.

I sincerely appreciate Brightstar being the kind of caregiving agency that allows you to choose what you want as far as which caregiver works best in our home. Brightstar also worked very well with us as far as an appropriate scheduling that works best for our life. They carry great communication skills as well as any problem solving. My husband and I are very pleased with Brooklyn Foster as our caregiver going on one year and three months. She always shows up with a cheerful smile ready to help with any tasks needed or required of her. Having Brooklyn Foster in our lives has made an amazing difference and life less challenging. My elderly mother has lived with me since my father passed away four and a half years ago. Recently, she had a serious head injury fall and that’s when I called BrightStar in Bella Vista to help me while she recuperated. Love the staff, and my mom and I absolutely adore Audrey, she is AMAZING!! She always shows up in a positive attitude, hands-on takes charge to accomplish the tasks I need her to perform while here, and is just a pleasure to have around my mother. You have NO worries having BrightStar take care of your loved one(s) - they are wonderful!!
