As both a guardian and a DSP, I have dealt with multiple providers. All About Family has a Waiver Program that goes above and beyond for their People Served and for staff in their employment. I am very impressed with the quality of care to clients. Respect is a big factor in any home care company, and this company has outshined any company I have dealt with.

Over the years I’ve used several caregiver services (usually for a short time) I’ve found them to be rigid, ineffective for the most part and glorified babysitters at best, some have done at least the minimum for which I was grateful. Then I was referred to All About Family. The name says it all!!!! All About Family has become an extension of our family. They look out for all of us!!! My father had a terrible fall and his independent living had no hands on care. I brought Dad home for 12 weeks and had my spouse to care for with MS. By the time I got dad back I was absolutely exhausted. Once dad was approved for a personal care attendant All About Family took all the work off me. Angie and Briana at the office are amazing. They look after my family and our caregiver (we hand picked) our caregiver is amazing and my father is a new person. Interacting with others, and working on cognitive skills as well as light PT and OT every day that she is with him. He is laughing and listening to music again!!! Angie and Brianna are ensuring I get supplies that are covered by Medicaid and helping my caregiver be on a flex schedule so Dad can come stay with us when it works out. I have never been more impressed by a group of people who truly only care about taking care of us! You would be well served at choosing All About Family!!!
