A nurse gave my wife a breathing treatment and did not make sure her oxygen was in place in her nose thank god I was there to give her oxygen, my wife did not receive her evening meal like the others until I had to remind them of it, once again thank God I was there. Also was missing half of her breakfast one morning and I had to file a complaint of that, also her bedding and herself was wet I asked them to change her the employee said she be right there 30 minutes later she still hadn't shown up therefore my wife was lying there in her own urine during that time. I highly recommend this place for Noone to bring there love ones to. Once again on February 03 2026 an employee didn't make sure my wife had her oxygen in place while giving her a breathing treatment, this is unacceptable When I filed a grievance about it two days later they called the police on me and had me trespassed from the property.

We have been with this facility for almost two years now. The care received has been great. Our father passed in March and our mother is still there. Kimberly C. has been our go to for everything. Whatever questions or needs that we have had she has always graciously helped when when we seemed out of sorts. She helped us get everything in order for their prolonged stay. We appreciate her every day. Make sure to tell her she is appreciated, she is a star asset to this facility.

My Dad called other nursing homes Hell. He had to go after a broken hip. He calls Ashley's Rehabilitation Healthcare Center Home. He likes everyone who takes care of him. He likes the care takers and the nurses. He is wheel chair bound and is able to wheel himself around the home. They feed him all the ice-cream he ask for. The food is good. He is a picky eater and they try to fix him what he likes. The therapist work well with him. He has had medical issues and the nurses watch him close. Kimberly in the business office has really helped me with handling the financial part. She is very professional and follows state laws to the letter. The kitchen staff are fun. The manager listens if I have any concerns about my dad. I would recommend Ashley's. All places have good and bad. I find more good here. My aunt was here years ago. She never had anything bad to say.
