Although the staff was good to my husband they get 5 stars. This Rehab/Nursing home is horrible. Mice, Roches, Waterbugs were seen by my husband. The food is horrible. I'm glad he is out from there. I chose it because it was close to the hospital in case of emergency. Please choose somewhere else.

ArchCare has and aims to address and complete the highest level of care for all residents. The staff who are providing the overall care for each patient are committed to give everyone the best care possible during your stay. They do their best to meet and exceed an individuals care. I highly want to thank all the staff members at Four Hospital for their excellent service, bedside manners and professional care. Thank you all for a wonderful road to my recovery and I wish you all the very best at your service. Thank you once again for you outstanding care

My aunt was admitted here after surgery for rehab; word of advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF HEALTHCARE. Completely filthy; you’ll barely see anybody cleaning consistently throughout the day. I witnessed mice running around in patients’ rooms, and mice running up on the curtains. My aunt even found bed bugs on her bed. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy for recovery.

I've been in this facility for 2 years and I can say with absolute certainty all the one-star reviews are absolutely correct. They know what they are talking about you can tell by how detailed they are described. I have personally seen and experienced many of the things that are described in the one-star reviews. I can name names and specific events because I make a habit to keep a journal daily. I also make sure to use text messaging as a way to keep receipts of whether or not someone is competent or incompetent at doing their jobs. The five-star reviews are mostly bull crap. You can tell because they are short and sweet without details. The only five star review scores that I agree with are the ones describing rehabilitation experiences. All the other five star reviews are from staff members or Allies pretending just to increase the rating score. I personally saw two people who I know for a fact are connected to the facility. If you are only here for rehabilitation short stay then this place is not so bad. If you are here for Long-Term Care nursing doctors this place is terrible with response times and incompetence. If your medicine is time sensitive you won't get it. The average wait time after ringing a call belt for care is an hour 90 minutes. They will come in the room to respond to the call Bell just turn off the light and tell you to wait that they are busy. The food is edible and I would say equal to prison food in quality. I recently saw several five-star reviews about a food tasting event. That's only one day event that they patted the review score on this site with five star reviews. Why didn't they speak about that every day breakfast lunch and dinner? Also this facility is separated into three segments or more. The nice part of the facility is called hospital side and it's where you get the pretty pictures of this place. You have two other sections called Cohen and annex that I know of is the ugly side that they don't want you to see the state of. If you see the one star reviews and their pictures that's the side. I've seen mice fruit flies and water bugs. The housekeeping is atrocious and there are many filthy residents not just with food but with feces and urine etc bodily fluids. It's gross to be here especially if you have normal hygiene I'd like to be clean and live in a clean environment. Is a revolving door of staff members and I miss when I had a good doctor and social worker on my case. Now they give me people who don't know me which is bad for my care and treatment. If you care about your family member or friends who require long-term care please do your research. Don't let this place be your only option if possible. Thank you.

I was at ArchCare for a little over 2 months recovering from a hospital stay and receiving physical and occupational therapy. I was treated with such kindness and respect— from all the staff. The nurses were fantastic, the PT/OT team were experienced and reassuring. Karena the social worker did a great job connecting me with resources for after my stay. Overall a great experience.
