After being discharged from Mary Manning Walsh, our mother was more capable of returning home. The surroundings were pleasant, and the staff promptly attended to the call bell. The therapy was excellent, including physical and occupational therapy, and we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace. All the staff members deserve commendation for their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude.

The nursing staff on the 15th floor is beyond 100 STARS 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️these ladies have been working with my mom in room 1502 for two weeks and have shown her kindness, compassion and professionalism like no other place in the world. My gratitude, appreciation and respect is boundless for them. The social worker is a blessing and clearly a gift to her profession. The young lady named Lisa at the front desk when you walk in is pure sunshine and so helpful. The security guards are amazing and so supportive, they manage to get me in touch with the right people on the phones and never brushed me off. This place is a godsend. It also incredibly beautiful and clean. I can’t imagine my mom in a better place. Mind you, my mom is not a good patient, yet these people have gone beyond their limits to help her. I am grateful 🙏

This place is one of the best in the city. I haven't been to that many but I am comfortable enough to say so. I spent a lot of my days doing some rehab, going to the terrace, going to many of the nice events available and eating! The location is perfect because the hospitals are near but there is a variety of food options and it is nice to have the room be delivered to my room by security.

I stopped by ArchCare recently to visit my friend who is checked in here for rehab after a bad spell. The building (which is a very attractive building) is on York between 71/72 which is across from Weill Cornell NYP hospital. When you enter, a security desk at the right checks you in and gives you a red stick on badge. Also to the right seems to be a church and straight ahead is a very nice large sitting area. On the left is the elevators. I have been here several times and I know the elevators are notoriously slow. After I finished visiting your friend, you should give your stick on badge back to the security guard so they know you have left the building. The public ares are all pretty nice.
