Sunshine Terrace is a residential treatment and assisted living community in Spokane Valley, Washington, specializing in behavioral health services for adults. The community has been serving residents since 1949 and operates one of the longest-running treatment programs in Spokane County.

The community serves individuals diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorder, psychosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, dual diagnosis, co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, and related conditions.
