They set up appointment for Friday at 8am. Called me to change it to Monday at 8am. Never showed up. Didn't even call to cancel. Edit: Received a call from same gal this morning insisting my appointment was next Monday and asked if I wanted to cancel it. She told me she said the 22nd and I marked it wrong on the calendar. She was very short and acted irritated with me. I reminded her how our conversation went "Ihave an opening this Friday if you don't mind 8am?". I would have understood the mistake and kept appointment for the 22nd if it wasn't for the way she was talking to me. This care would be for my dementia mom. They talk her her like this it wouldn't go well. I politely told the guy no thanks since you seem to be so irritated with me.

Their providers are always prompt and caring. Great people. They have made it possible for me to continue the medical procedures that I need for treatment of my pancreatic stent removal and replacement.

Senior Helpers Spokane provided companions for my wife for over two years. She has Alzheimer's Disease and the twice weekly companion time gave her much needed socialization and break time for me, her husband and caregiver. The companions were wonderful and suited to our needs. I can highly recommend Senior Helpers if you are looking for someone to watch over your loved one.

Senior Helpers has been such a blessing for our family. We had no idea how to get our 98 year old Dad home from Sunshine Rehab after his recovery from hip surgery. We were terrified that we wouldn't be able to manage by ourselves. Tiffany picked him up from Sunshine and drove him home. She and Trevor got him up the two flights of stairs in his split level home. They made him comfortable, and worked with all of us on ways to meet his needs throughout his daily routines. Tiffany went over the discharge instructions, making sure we understood everything we needed to do, including reviewing his medications and translating medical jargon. She really took her time to make us comfortable with our responsibilities. Trevor did a great job helping Dad to find the best chair to sit in, how to navigate from the chair to the walker to the wheelchair, and how to get to the bathroom and get to bed safely. We were so thankful for the kind and professional help on that first day home, which set the tone for his entire recovery. We have been thrilled with the support from Senior Helpers. Sarah comes in twice a week now to help Dad in the shower. She is gentle, kind, caring, patient, friendly and professional. We so much value the quality of care she provides. Tiffany has been available by phone any time we call her. We sometimes get anxious about one thing or another, and she is there to answer our questions and offer practical solutions. It is so nice to have someone so knowledgeable, compassionate, calm and logical to help us manage this process. All of the caregivers have been absolutely exceptional. When there was one who did not mesh well with our family's personalities, Tiffany graciously and immediately made a change. I could go on and on, and of course I have, but I cannot imagine getting through this without Tiffany and her team. They are the best! --Lorie

Senior Helpers were amazing with helping us take care of my mother in law. We lived out of state, but their communication was outstanding. Their responses to messages through the client portal were always prompt and the calendar helped us keep track of everything and make sure we had all Dr. appointments covered. In the very rare instances that there were issues, the response from SH was fair and responsible. Whenever possible, my mother in law had a consistent companion who was sweet and caring. I don't know what I would have done without SH. I am very thankful I found them!
