If I could give no stars I would this place is horrible, the incompetence of the staff and management is astounding. The communication is little to none. No one seems to know anything especially the doctors. Stay away from this place. I would rather be dead than in a place like Alderwood Manor!!!!

This is my as detailed as possible recommendation on Alderwood Manor in Spokane Washington. I would highly recommend this facility because I'm not sure you'd ever find any other facility that could match the quality of the employees. They were helpful. They were professional. They always had a smile on their face and they enjoyed what they do and got along well with their other associates. This is somewhat an older building but don't take that into consideration since they've got everything that you would possibly need and a great physical therapy department of which there are five or six individuals working. I do not hesitate to give the best recommendation I can because they deserve it. If I had to go back I would go there first of all! Thank you, Don Schelling

Both my Grandmother and father in law are at Alderwood Manor currently for physical rehabilitation. The staff have been great! Even witnessing how they are with other patients who deal with memory care I see the staff being extremely caring, assessing their needs, comforting, and doing everything they can to meet those needs. Maintenance staff have been exceptionally awesome and keep everything very clean and have had no problem being called in for additional need and always greeted with a smile and positivity. Their gym for PT and OT has a great setup and the therapists have all been wonderful. Thanks again for the great care of my loved ones.

I recently had a client who was a patient there, she received the best care. Everyone was extremely nice and made her feel at home away from her home. Renee is a super star. She coordinated all the discharge so my client could smoothly transition into her new assisted living community. I highly recommend!

Alderwood Manor has the absolute friendliness staff of any medical facility have had the pleasure of visiting. I was immediately greeted at the door and was promptly set up with another kind individual who brought me to the room where the person I came to visit was located. It is nice to know that the staff genuinely care not only about their residents, but their friends and family too. Great experience!
