We have had The Key employed as our mom’s home care service for about 6 months. We started with a few days a week and are now at 5 days 8 hours and had to extend into the weekends at first when my mom had fallen and broke her arm. Katelyn, the coordinator, has been easy to work with in getting the extended hours we needed to help with my mom.<br>Jackie was very willing to extend her hours to<br>help with more meal prep and daily living chores until my mom is back on her feet.

We were in need of additional care for our mother after she had steep health decline. The Key responded quickly and efficiently with caregivers that have been excellent! We are so very grateful for everything! Especially some peace of mind which has allowed the family to recuperate after a stressful stay in an emergency room situation.
