We are incredibly grateful to Rompa Assisted Living and their entire team for the kindness and support they showed our family during such a difficult time. Due to the Old Trails Fire on August 1st, six residents from my parents’ Adult Family Home had to be evacuated and were displaced for eight days. Rompa stepped in and welcomed all six, making sure everyone had a safe and comfortable place to stay.

Sylvia, the manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and helpful, and worked wonderfully with our staff and caregivers so we could continue providing care to our residents. The Rompa staff were patient and kind, and the residents also enjoyed delicious meals cooked from scratch.

Having to evacuate vulnerable residents during a wildfire was scary and overwhelming, and knowing they had a safe and welcoming place to stay gave us tremendous peace of mind. We will always be thankful to Sylvia and the entire Rompa team for opening their doors when we needed help most. Their compassion and willingness to step up during an emergency meant so much to us. We wholeheartedly recommend them!
