I have lived at Colonial Gardens in Shoreline, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ahmed for the incredible work he's been doing since the new management and maintenance team took over.
From day one, Ahmed has been professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our community a better place. He is always approachable, listens to residents' concerns, and follows through to make sure issues are resolved. It's refreshing to have someone who truly cares about the people who live here rather than just treating it like another job.
The improvements around the property have been noticeable, and you can tell that Ahmed takes pride in keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. Whether it's responding quickly to maintenance requests, answering questions, or simply checking in with residents, he consistently goes above and beyond.
Having great management can completely change the experience of living in an apartment community, and Ahmed has made a huge positive impact. He has earned the trust and appreciation of many residents, including myself. Thank you, Ahmed, for all of your hard work, dedication, and for making Colonial Gardens feel like a community again. We truly appreciate everything you do!

Absolutely awful. This company bailed on the property I was living at in the middle of the month, and has been spamming my phone with chatbots and automated messages telling me to pay them. But the website does not work at ALL and I have left over 20 voicemails at the phone number listed above. Not ONCE has anyone answered the phone or even returned a single voicemail. This is such a joke of a “management company”
Dear Allied Residential Leadership Team,
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for our Senior Community Manager, Roza Stamati, at Cascadian Apartment Complex in Bellevue (15517 NE 12th St, Bellevue, WA 98007). After living in this community for 11 years, I felt it was important to share how truly exceptional she is.
Throughout the 11 years I have lived at Cascadian Apartment Complex, I have had the pleasure of seeing firsthand Roza’s professionalism, kindness, dedication, and genuine care for the residents. She is truly one of the most exceptional people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.
Roza consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. She treats everyone with kindness, patience, respect, and genuine care. No matter how busy she may be, she always takes the time to listen, help, and make residents feel important and valued. Her positive attitude and warm personality create such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the community.
What impresses me most is her incredible work ethic and dedication. She handles issues quickly and efficiently, communicates professionally, and truly cares about maintaining the property and ensuring the community runs beautifully. It is very clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely wants residents to feel happy and at home.
After living at Cascadian Apartment Complex for over a decade, I can honestly say that Roza Stamati has made a tremendous positive impact on this community. Managers like her are rare, and I strongly believe outstanding employees deserve recognition and appreciation.
I truly hope Roza remains with our community for many years to come because she makes such a meaningful difference for all of us who live here. I also sincerely wish there were more managers like Roza working for Allied Residential Group. People with her professionalism, kindness, dedication, and positive attitude are incredibly special and valuable.
Please share my sincere gratitude and appreciation with Roza, and kindly inform Mike Simons, CPM, CAPS, D. Mathew Andrews, CPM, Colleen Carr, and the entire Allied Residential Leadership team about my appreciation as well. She is an incredible asset to your company, and I feel very fortunate to have her as our manager.
Sincerely,
AJ
I am livid AND embarrassed!
I lived in a property that this company no longer covers.
I had to file a complaint for discrimination because my mental health was being impacted by a situation and it was being ignored by management.
Due to the economy and the fact that I could not get stabilized and keep a job moving was unreasonable.
I’m so happy I filed that complaint because I had my suspicions that management was using my mental health status against me as a way to downplay the situation.
Over the weekend, it came to my attention that yes management was taking the Words of the person who was harassing me The entire time. (I say this because when I had finally got to meet with management in November 2025, she was asking me questions about another tenant saying that she was worried they were in A domestic situation. It is extremely unsafe and unprofessional for management to be spreading rumors and asking other tenants questions like that so I have no idea what I could’ve been asking and I do know that other tenants were asked the same thing about that tenant as well, so it wasn’t just me Who is aware that management was taking information from just anybody about anyone)
By USB drive malfunctioned it also contained the information for my dad’s funeral on it and it wasn’t able to provide all of the information to show them the types of ways that she messes with me after I filed the complaint but was still able to meet with them and was told that she would be given a notice.
It had come to my attention that management never was putting any notices through.
I have in writing that she said she Would issue notice about patio concerns I had that were impacting mine, but she never actually placed one in the system (Or in a place that would be easily transferable for a new management company to understand the history for the tenants currently living on property ) or addressed the situation that I had been bringing to attention The most that impacted my mental health And ignored my legally placed accommodation request for resolution.
it looks like a lot of of us here in our apartment complex have learned that we are going to have to start all over again with any type of violations that anybody had put in place for violating lease regarding complaints from any tenant.
Thankfully, I had the years of documentation saved via email that were not corrupted videos that I could show that this woman had been given previous notice, but it just makes me so upset that when I complained directly to Allied management instead of the apartment complex complex apartment manager, they still ignored me.
I offered And asked many times to meet with management To review all types of footage from my internal Cameras And was ignored. I was told at one point they didn’t have time to review video footage As well.
I’m so thankful again that I saved all of that I even have videos of me being banged at simply because I opened my refrigerator.
I think that’s a real life tenant issue that needs to be addressed by management and nothing that has to do with mental illness.
