I would never take one of my family members here again. The staff is very mistreated on people and Family. They don’t care about their clients I’ve seen vary abusive behavior from the staff towards my mother and myself and my family members when we go to visit, they are refusing to give my mom her things after she left and please report has been done and I will be doing a place standby by tomorrow. There’s more to say, but I’m not gonna sit there and blast them even more. They’re they know they’re in the wrong and they will be hearing from our lawyer. They don’t know what I have and I have very good evidence. Hope u like a diff job cause u won’t be working at this one any longer

I am so excited to see what is next to come! Aurora Valley Care is being remodeled and it looks so nice! Emily Moore took me for a tour of this facility and all the nurses and social workers and even the director stopped to say hello and introduce themselves. They are under new ownership and it shows! Thank you Emily for taking your time to introduce me to your team and show me the super exciting renovations that are underway at Aurora Valley Care!

Aurora Valley Care has a compassionate team that works hard to provide quality care for residents. The nurses, aides, and therapists are attentive and supportive, and they make an effort to build positive relationships with the residents and families. The environment feels welcoming, and there are activities that help keep residents engaged. Staff members are respectful and responsive when concerns are brought up. I appreciate the dedication of the team and the care they provide , I will always recommend AVC for anyone looking for a place for their loved one !

From the first tour to daily updates, the team demonstrates genuine concern, professionalism, and dedication to the well-being of your loved ones. Even during challenging times, the nurses and care aides go above and beyond with kindness, patience, and respect. The rehabilitation services; physical, occupational, and speech therapy are personalized and effective, helping family members regain confidence and mobility faster than expected. The activities and community environment also brings a sense of comfort and joy, which made all the difference.

My brother was in Aurora gardens for six weeks . Emmy and her staff were wonderful and took really good care of him. They were also very kind to me . I visited daily and alway got a happy smile and hello from them. Thanks to all of you at Aurora Valley Care ! 😊
