Sturbridge is a beautiful senior living community and kept very clean and were happy now that we have a very beautiful and caring respectable Manger that was long over due in this community! She definitely knows her management skills and feel she will have a big impact on our community. Once you get moved in here you won’t leave….. this is a great place but there is no computer labs and no privacy …can’t understand why we go threw so many mangers… hmmm

My grandparent passed away and we informed them and had their belongings out of their place before the start of the new month. We told them and they informed us they wouldn’t take the funds. They did and we had to fight to get the funds. Well we finally did they issued the check to the deceased person. Now we have to fight to have the funds transferred because they didn’t do their job correctly. Not to mention they OD the account which caused fees. Be careful when your loved one passes away they take advantage of it.

Horribly run company. My mom was without AC in the summer for a week and I could not get anyone to return my calls. She recently passed away and I still can't get anyone to call me back to tell me what needs to be done to vacate the premises! Awful customer service.
