When I visited Stratford Manor, two things stood out. The first was the activities and the time put into make sure there is plenty for the residents to do, and when it was time for the activity to start, staff personally walked around, invited residents down and wheeled them to the dining room if they wanted help. The second thing, which is big deal to me, is the housekeeping staff. They cleaned the way I would clean. Into the corners and behind the door. I even made a point to say something to them. 😊 Great job Stratford Manor staff!

I left this facility recently, and I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions.The environment felt consistently disorganized, with frequent changes in management and policies. This created confusion, stress, and a lack of consistency in daily care.Staffing levels were often inadequate. Many shifts felt understaffed, which made it difficult to meet residents’ needs safely and with dignity. Call lights went unanswered longer than they should, not because of lack of care, but because there simply weren’t enough hands.Basic supplies were frequently missing, including wipes and briefs, items that are fundamental to resident hygiene and comfort. No one should have to wait or suffer because of supply shortages.Communication was poor and concerns raised verbally often went undocumented or unaddressed. Decisions changed depending on who was in charge that day, which made the environment stressful and unpredictable.Residents deserve stability, adequate staffing, and basic necessities. I hope this facility takes these concerns seriously and makes changes for the well being of those who still live there.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This facility is an absolute disgrace. The staff are careless, unprofessional, and show zero respect to patients or their families. We’re here every single day, and instead of helping our loved one regain strength, they’ve made the entire experience miserable. And it’s not just us — we’ve seen other residents treated the same way, ignored and disrespected. Every visit, we end up having to micro-manage the CNAs and nurses just to get basic care done — even something as simple as cleaning her after an accident in bed. That is their job, not ours, yet we constantly feel like we’re doing it for them. And before anyone says otherwise, yes — I know exactly what CNAs deal with, and that’s what makes this neglect even more unacceptable. Do NOT trust this facility with your loved ones. They don’t deserve to be in business.

This nursing home has friendly staff, very talkative residents, amazing activities for the residents. Nurses, Mrs. Victoria ,Mrs. Cher, Matthew, Ben, Matt, Dave and Mrs. Laura are awesome. Thank you all for giving me a chance working with the residents.
