Touring Story Point of Chattanooga, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and dedication of the Director. Lisa inquired about my parents' needs and offered options that might fit their needs.<br><br>The facility is clean, but needs some updating. There is a beautiful courtyard. The staff was welcoming.

It was a pleasure working with the team at StoryPoint Chattanooga! We recently installed festive, colored outdoor lighting in their courtyard, and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish.<br><br>It's clear they take great pride in keeping their facility beautiful and well maintained, and that care shows in everything they do. We appreciate the opportunity to help create a fun, welcoming outdoor space for their residents and look forward to working with them again.

She guided us through every step of the process with patience, understanding, and thoughtful planning—never applying pressure at any point. Lisa consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and her kindness and dedication will not be forgotten.<br><br>Every member of the StoryPoint team was equally impressive—from Connie at the front desk to Mary, the director. Each person we encountered demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent care and service.
