Thank you, Deanne, for putting together such a wonderful, compassionate team of carers for our mom. We always knew she was in safe hands. Deanne is the best. She cares about her clients and wants all of them to be healthy and very well taken care of and happy. She chooses her staff according to her standards, which are very high. 1st priority cares. Your not just a client your a part of the 1st priority family. When my dad's condition worsened unexpectedly, I didn't know where to turn. The owner of 1st Priority was professional, caring, and understanding. I didn't know much about home healthcare before and I'm very happy with the caregivers who were sent. I felt I could trust my family member with their care.

1st priority took care of my aunt during a holiday respite need in 2023. Not only did they communicate effectively throughout the entire process from our first call, to staffing, to after service follow ups…but they also helped us navigate our coverages which were confusing! Highly recommend and will always be our first choice in care!
