Our family member has been at Hickory Valley for six months. After visiting several other places, which seemed fine, we visited Hickory Valley; and he decided on the spot that was where he would like to be. We met with Mindy who has been extremely kind and helpful with all concerns and the acclamation. He has been very happy there. He enjoys the scheduled activities with his fellow residents, chapel time, and his own time as well. Feels like a community. The food is amazing, and he rather eat there than go to a restaurant. Thank you staff and residents for making Hickory Valley home.

Even though my parents ultimately weren’t able to move into this community because their care needs changed, I wanted to share how impressed we were with the staff and the facility. From the very first visit, everyone we met was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The team took the time to answer every question and help us explore all the options available.<br><br>The community itself is welcoming, well maintained, and you can tell that residents are treated with respect and compassion. Although we had to make other arrangements, I have no doubt my parents would have been very happy here if the timing and circumstances had allowed it.<br><br>Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and warmth. You truly made a difficult time easier for our family.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Donna who is over the housekeepers. She came into my mother in law’s apartment to introduce herself. She was so kind and treated my mother in law with such respect and kindness. We really appreciate someone who goes above and beyond. She is an asset to Hickory Valley.<br><br>As we have walked through this trying and sometimes difficult journey of moving our mother into Hickory Valley, Brandi Murray has been a delight to work with. She has helped in any and every way she can and has made herself available to us and all our questions and concerns. She is also an asset to your company. We appreciate her willingness to commit herself to making our transitions a little easier.
