Horrible company to work for, I definitely enjoyed my clients and working with them. On the other hand the supervisor Devin is very sketch and will hold your pay. Once you notice and mention it prepare to be fired. I highly don’t recommend and I’m also in the mist of taking legal action against them. Good luck.

Devin, Kayla, and the entire team has been wonderful to work with whilst transitioning my Mom into Assisted Living and Memory Care. The office team who helped us assemble a plan to help with the transition was highly communicative and compassionate every step of the way. We had some unexpected hurdles with the transition due to Mom's lack of ability to adapt to the new environment due to her Alzheimer's disease, and the team inclusive of the carers accomodated us every step of the way. Devin even personally stepped in a couple of times with care gaps during the initial 7x24 care period. The carers have all been fantastic as well. Mom frequently refers to them as like sisters or daughters and always "her new good friend that takes such good care of her".

I want to thank Devin and Kayla for finding a caregiver for my brother. Devin and Kayla are professional, friendly, kind and caring in all they do. They are amazing and help in any way they can. I’ve had to make changes to the schedule numerous times. I know this is a difficult task but each time they were patient, kind and accommodating in making the changes. I also want to express my gratitude to Julie, the primary caregiver. Julie has exceeded in every way. She is a warm, thoughtful and kind caregiver. She is self motivated. When she sees something that needs to be done she does it without me or my brother having to tell her. I definitely recommend Assisting Hands of Chattanooga. They are wonderful and provide incredible care.

When my best friends care plan fell through at the very last minute she called assisting hands and they were wonderful. Devon made sure she had a ride to and from her surgery. The home care following her surgery has been absolutely amazing. Her primary caregiver Dee has been an absolute Godsend! I believe my friend would not be recovering as well if Assisting Hands were not involved. Totally impressed!
