My parents and I have had an excellent experience working with this company. I like that they have a brief video for you to watch of the person coming to your home. Shelby has kept in touch, been easy to contact when needed and follows up making personal visits in the home to make sure everything is going well. We’ve had several caregivers in our home in the past few years for long term twice weekly help. It’s hugely helpful to have the consistency of the same person working with us, so we all become more familiar and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Comfort Keepers of Chattanooga! Ms. Jennifer is a jewel!
