Kendra and the team at Charter have been amazing for my mother. Mom moved into assisted living in pretty bad health and the team got her healthy and happy enough to move recently to their independent wing. Everyone there is great and they do an amazing job connecting with residents in their rooms, in common areas and activities.

The team at Charter Senior Living has been an absolute Godsend for my dad and for me. As a busy working professional, I can't always be there when emergencies arise or unexpected needs come up. But I can say without any reservation or hesitation that I know my dad is truly taken care of—every single day. The staff have gone far above and beyond their regular duties, stepping in to handle things that they honestly shouldn't even be responsible for. Their compassion, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile have made all the difference.
