I toured today and this community is beautiful and very clean! They were playing piano for the residents when I walked in and I was pleased to see a large audience. I felt so welcomed as staff greeted me by my name while on the tour. We will be moving my aunt in soon!

I have lived here for 3 months and can say that I have made a great choice for me and my wife. The food here is incredible. They have a great Director- Cody. All of the staff are very friendly and make this feel like home. There are a lot of variety in activities that we enjoy.

My father was a resident for 2 1/2 weeks. He was depressed, tired, hungary and always had a wet depend when I visited him daily. The staff did not keep up with how many meals he was eating daily. They did not take that extra step to encourage my father to eat, shower or participate in activities. The halls smelled like urine, the elevator was frustrating - he entered on level 3 but was treated like he was an independent resident. The day before he moved out he was talking nonsense, hallucinating, weak - we ended up in the ER where he received fluids and multiple tests - no UTI, he was constipated and had a level 1 pressure sore. He was released from the ER and the next day we moved to a cleaner more attentive facility.

my grandmother fell and had a stroke. even though EVERY fall is supposed to be a trip to the hospital, they didn’t take her until the NEXT MORNING. she suffered a stroke and died weeks later in hospice. they had the audacity to ask us to pay for the whole month she was in hospital/hospice but eased up at the treat of a lawsuit. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
