I truly feel blessed to have my father housed with such an amazing group of competent, caring and loving staff . We no longer have to fear that my father will be thrown out, due to his challenging behaviors . St Mary’s does not reject residents w dementia . From the nursing, cafeteria, maintenance staff, physical and speech therapists, aides , housekeepers, physicians, and support services and administrative staff- Thank you for taking such good care of my father and showing him the love and respect he deserves . The staff treats the residents like they are their own family . They are very observant and notice when residents are in pain or have taken a turn for the worse!! I have witnessed this first hand . St Mary’s Alzheimers Center provides state of the art care for dementia residents in the state of Ohio . I have visited many skilled nursing facilities and you will find none , more clean than St Mary’s. Thank you for showing us what best practices and excellent care look like!! A special thank you to the Clinical Director Suzie , for always having an open door policy and listening to our concerns , advocating for my father’s care and taking corrective action to make our father more comfortable and pain free!! We are so grateful !! Thank you!! It means so much to have the entire staffs support in regards to our fathers care. I don’t know what we would do without your support and care for not only my father , but for us, as family . Thank you with all of our heart

This place could not be more wonderful, and it is the amazing staff that makes it that way. I have never witnessed a more caring nursing home staff in all my days. They all possess extraordinary kindness and power to be able to persevere in their professions of caring for the Alzheimer's patients. They exhibit inexhaustible patience and concern. The admirative staff is both diligent and caring. My father has been there since 2022 and I have watched his steady decline. I have also watched this incomparable staff adapt to, and meet, his every need--beyond first-rate!

If you have a loved one who is a victim of dementia including Alzheimers and Lewy Body dementia and you can no longer take care of him or her 24/7 in your home, I would hope that you would be fortunate, as I was, to find St. Mary's Alzheimer Center in Columbiana Ohio. From the first day my dear husband arrived there until his passing, he was cared for by wonderful caring people including nurses, aides, doctors and the administration. I visited my husband often and saw first hand the excellent care he was given, along with the other patients. We are living in such troubled times now, but it has given me hope in knowing there are still hard working people with beautiful souls out there. St. Mary's has an abundance of them. I am going to list some of the angels who made my husband's journey easier and kept him safe from harm. They are Stephanie, Trisha, Terry, Lisa, Melissa, Suzie, Jane, Rhonda, Miriam, Michelle, Jodi, Willie, Cody and his wife. I know I missed some and I apologize for that, as I can't remember their names, but they know who they are. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart. So if you are looking for an excellent Facility to care for your loved one, I would highly recommend St. Mary's in Columbiana.

My Great Aunt lives there. I feel like she is with family. Any time I call to check on her, the staff I talk to answer with a smile in their voice. The staff is always very pleasant. THANK YOU
