I was here for skilled time and I received very professional care. The overall service was excellent. The staff was sincere, accommodating and respectful. Katherine, Anna, Desiree and Mary are just fabulous. The facility is bright and welcoming. The food is very good and they were accommodate my dietary needs. The buildings is pristine. I would have my mother (whom owned her own nursing home) here if she were still with us.

My friend has been there for a long time. Went for rehabilitation. He neeed hearing aids and in over 6 months has got no help from anyone there with this problem. His dentures got broke I left voice mail for director and have never heard back it's been 4 weeks. I stopped there to ask did they get an appointment for dentures, the lady in the office said they weren't aware yet a nurse called me to tell me she'd get an appointment quickly. The lady in the office said there is nothing on the chart of him needing an appointment. She said she'll get back to me in a day or 2 it's been 10 days no one has addressed it or called to say what they are doing. His wheel chair was missing a cover for the locking part he asked to get it fixes was told they don't have spare parts. I showed a nurse how sharp it is without a cap and in minutes she came with a new cap. Nurses are kind, always call and update me. The administration is very lack in any communication at all.UPDATE. ON 4/17 THEY SCHEDULED HIM AN APPOINTMENT AND GUESS WHAT HE WAS NEVER TAKEN TO THIS APPOINTMENT!!!! A nurse actually showed me pictures on her phone of his fall it was him surrounded in blood laying on the floor. I think my 3 star review was kind considering they can't get him to the inhouse dr APPOINTMENT. Not like he wasn't in his room. Now they are harassing him over my review which I already got a call from a yelling administrator named Lisa. And they are now telling him I stole a necklace and sold it 🤣 it has been locked in my safe you idiots who can't decide if he can have it or not. One says no its a choking hazard 1 says he can have it. I brought it. So shut up and do your jobs. He finally got a tv that works after 3 weeks supposedly because the maintenance man quit. As for his broken teeth the administration says they changed his diet to fix any issues. He's now on puree. He don't want that garbage. He's sound minded and does absolutely deserve better than the treatment he's getting for the money he is paying 😡

My dad was there for a few days daytime nurses Katelyn and Rachel were absolutely amazing went above and beyond for my dad they treated him as if he was family but them night time nurses and staff were horrible to my dad.
