My father died while in Caprice healthcare in North Lima, Ohio. I talked to JM Cilone who asked me to email him my concerns and questions. Mr Cilone responded to my email by saying all of my questions had already been answered and there was no further information for me. My questions were never answered. Mr Cilone showed no compassion. Please never leave your loved one alone in any facility. I received a response to this one star review from Caprice. It said to call Caprice to discuss my disappointment with the administrators response to me. I called Caprice twice and left messages each time. I did not receive a call back. Today 12/1/2025 I went to Caprice and spoke with Joe Coline who was not too pleased to see me. He tried talking to me in the hallway until I asked if we could speak privately. Mr Cilone told me that he is aware of my review and again insisted all of my questions have been answered. I told him he is incorrect and he told me there is nothing further to discuss and to have a good day .

My mother went into Hospice Care here on Wednesday June 18th, 2025. From admittance to the Doctor seeing her nothing but first class. The place is clean, they have a great mixture of staff many with 10/20 Years there and a good mixture of younger staff as well. The activities management staff and activities are top shelf. Needless to say during a very trying time for our family we felt at home. The highlight is the court yard, bird feeders, plants and a garden which my mother absolutely loves. She even made friends with a chipmunk that visits regularly. My siblings are spread out over this great country of ours but we know and are comforted that our mother is in the right place and no matter what time of day it is we can get answers from the staff. Caprice Senior Care is exactly what their name implies. True Senior Care. Highly recommended.

My husband had been at Caprice nursing home for a month. The care and attention he received at Caprice was amazing. The staff from the faculty, nursing and aids were above my expectations. I had little worries leaving him in their care when I wasn't there. He had many issues and the kindness and personal caring for my husband meant everything. The facility is clean with no hint of a nursing home smell. The staff all worked together and all were positive and helpful with all our needs.
