Used my insurance until the DAY it expired, a Sat. Left me to have no choice but to go to a homeless shelter. Needed LIFE saving meds that weren't available to me! 1 caring nurse helped me by giving me the meds in my lockbox. This was nearly 2 yrs ago & following up w Caresource about the claim I made, today heard it was for another place in Cinn! People were neglected here. Dirty showers, screaming & crying or those lucky to be doped up & that out of it weren't tended too. Believe staff has changed & new management, curious to hear. Worse supposed nursing students, hired it seemed week 2 of schooling. Were 2 awesome nurses there, Nicole being 1. Otherwise terrible food, not even nutritious. Bed sores & sadness pervade those halls. RESCUE YR LOVED ONE, DONT BUY THE FAKE CARE. They don't care! Also couldn't even have MY daughter hang out w her mom for a while, staff suddenly was around. Night time is the worst. People wait in beds hours (!) until a nurse working the entire bldg comes around. The place could be on fire and I'm telling you no one would know. Several staff had 🚬 breaks every 30 min then I'd hear clients being cursed @ for interrupting them. 😭 THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN ALREADY!

I went through this with my father when he was in a rehab. but at least I was close enough that I could bring him supplies. My brother is at Willow Woods. The food portions are not enough, he says there is no butter for the bread and they have been out of coffee for three days, and there is no shower curtain in his room so the water gets on the floor. I would think that is a safety issue. Can y'all do what your supposed to do and take care of the patients.

THE WORST NURSING HOME EVER If I could give this dump negative stars I would. They are beyond disrespectful, and the idiots managing this place have no sense of responsibility or ownership AT ALL. Should be shut down and the dumbasses managing this place should be fired and charged with criminal negligence.

THIS FACILITY IS A DUMP! A HORRIBLE experience for my family member. My family went there for short term rehab. They NEVER answer their phones when you call, so you leave a message and they never return your calls. I left messages for Director of Nursing, Jerika, Director of Admissions, Willow, for the Doctor Volino, AND NO ONE EVER returned my calls. You have to YELL for water when someone passes by your room because you wait over 30 minutes for them to answer your call light. The food is horrible, hot dogs and bologna sandwiches- lucky if you get 1 pc of meat and 1 pc of cheese. NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE FOOD. They lie...BAD! They said they don't serve bologna but I received a pic from my family member that he indeed had bologna. He was there for 13 miserable days until we got him out. That's the only way to leave, go back to a hospital setting, and ask for a new referral. Luckily he went to see a doctor at Cleveland Clinic who deemed it necessary for him to go to ER. They overdrug you so bad that you cannot do PT so you make no progress and their goal is to keep you there long term. Other facilities asked to review my family's info to accept a transfer and Willow, Director of Admission, lied to people saying my family member like it and wanted to be there when we had Wesley (Social worker and Willow's brother, in cahoots) was in the room, I was on a conference call with them and another family member and a friend was there in the room, when they were told by my family member there "PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER OUT". I HAVE TOLD YOU 50+ TIMES THE LAST 12 MISERABLE DAYS! I am reporting them to Ohio Dept of Health and called Ombudsman, who confirmed they are investigating multiple complaints there. My family member had a fall and they did nothing to check to see if he had a brain bleed. When he went to Cleveland Clinic (in my opinion the ONLY hospital to go there) and took an xray, it showed a contusion & swelling where he had fallen. NO ONE came to help him after he fell. These are very inept healthcare workers who could care less, for if they did, they would honor your requests. THE ONLY PERSON WHO SEEMED PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE ME SOME INFO WAS KATIE, DIRECTOR OF PT. In summary- I would NOT send my dog there! It reminds me of the lyrics to Hotel California "We are all just prisoners here of our own device" And in the master's chambers, they gathered for the feast They stab it with their steely knives, but they just can't kill the beast Last thing I remember, I was running for the door I had to find the passage back to the place I was before "Relax, " said the night man, "We are programmed to receive You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave"!!! NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!!
