Our family has had a great experience with Shepherd of the Valley - Poland. This is a beautiful property and building! It was a good feeling walking into this place and seeing how much care the have put into their rehabilitation program while making sure that there is plenty of space for activities with or without groups. There are many Private areas that are nice for family visits! The caretakers and physical therapists have been great! Our family is pleased with all of the various available amenities. In house barber/beautician shop visit is available by appointment.

My mother was discharged from the hospital to this facility. Hospital orders said she must wear bi-pap at night. Next morning after first night….mom tells us that nurse never put bi-pap on her. Nurse said she didn’t know how to use the bi-pap machine and did not use the help number to ask someone how to use it. So she let my mom’s co2 levels rise which could kill her. Apparently nurse got fired same day. I’ll update review as time goes by.

Looks like a nice place and is on surface level, however, there have been multiple incidences of theft on the premises. They have an open door policy where anyone is allowed to just walk in whenever they want so of course things like this happen. Unacceptable.
