Currently, my mother is receiving rehabilitation at Windsor House of Canfield. Remarkably, the entire staff is exceptional. Everyone here goes above and beyond to accommodate all of our family’s needs. Windsor House of Canfield undoubtedly sets the benchmark for a high-quality five-star skilled nursing facility.

They are horrible!!! Don't take your loved one there!! They forget about the patients. When my dad had a bladder infection he didnt get proper treatment until we made a fuss to get him transferred. The dr there is terrible and doesn't help his patients. He also had c diff but waiting for results. He only can walk 30 steps but want to send him home. You want your love one to live and have a good recovery then DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My mom was at Windsor House recently after having major back surgery. She was not an easy patient due to many issues resulting from her surgery. The staff was so kind and patient with her. She raved about the food at every meal. The therapy dept helped her return home. I’d highly recommend Windsor House at Canfield!

My mom was at this facility for extensive rehab and experienced several setbacks along the way. Throughout the entire process, the staff could not have been more proactive, attentive, and compassionate. Communication was excellent. Our family was consistently kept informed, questions were answered promptly, and concerns were addressed before we even had to ask.

If I could’ve put a lower star I would have. I am absolutely disgusted with this facility. They are unprofessional and not equipped to run a facility. They are ALL SHOW!! If you have a family member at this facility I suggest you take them out asap! My mother was there only a week and a few days and they barely fed her. I called numerous times and NOBODY called back to set up ANY FORM OF CARE-PLAN meeting. Which is required within the first 7 days of ANY new patients stay in any facility. Still even as of today which she left today I still haven’t got a call back. I’m posting pictures in this review so make sure you check them out. The facility looks appealing to the eye but as soon as you make it past the doors the beautiful lobby the stunning fireplace you find yourself in the empty small jail style rooms they give these patients. It’s sooo sad to see the difference between what people see visiting to the actual rooms. The food is horrible, cold and the portions are so small a toddler would still be hungry. It’s just the worst experience we have had in ANY facility in the area.. Never again!! Update: Well there is nowhere for me to respond to the comment you sent me but I’m trying to understand why you want to speak to me now AFTER my mom left?? You didn’t want to answer the phones when I was reaching out on her behalf while she was at the facility.
