The program includes physical, occupational, and speech/language therapies supported by doctors, nurses, therapists, and social workers. American Senior Communities partners with local hospice companies to provide skilled nursing care, spiritual and bereavement counseling, medical equipment and supplies, and social services through an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, aides, volunteers, social workers, and clergy.

Outpatient therapy services employ clinically-proven strategies with trained therapists and latest technologies, structured to meet individual needs and physician-approved treatment goals. Programs address pain management and post-operative recovery for orthopedic and other procedures.
