I recently had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director, who is completely “hands on” and helpful wherever it’s needed. I’ve learned he drives the bus at times and at my most recent visit, he was helping at lunch. The DON and other staff has great longevity here as well, and their actions show that they truly care for the residents. I look forward to visiting this building and staff again.

IU Health & IU Heath Methodist Hospital, sent EMTs after me. I was taken to & put into an ambulance. I no idea where I was going. I was taken to tis place, after R Foot surgery but, I didn't know what for. I was taken into a room. I was stuck there, for three weeks, in the same room with a guy that pushed the Nurse Call Button, four times every night. With little sleep I was forced to do Physical Therapy, everyday. I had to use a wheelchair everywhere, including to the dining room, where I was forced to eat food, I would not feed to any animal. I didn't get the code, to the front door, until I found a resident, that knew it, after being there, for three weeks. There is no escape from that hell hole. 05/25/24 "For Over Six Months , My Mother (Martha Stotts) Lives There @ $10K A Month.

Ashley is very unpleasant to deal with. And she should not be someone who answers phone calls and represents this nursing home. I am glad I’m not bringing family here. Would not recommend.
