Disappointed with both cleanliness and care of residents. Food is awful. Not a place to bring those you love.

My mother was there for a little over two months but I didn’t worried about her she had wonderful care it was always hands on with her care we had her in a nursing facility and she didn’t get the care that she needed so we moved her to belle’s place these young lady did a wonderful job with my mother. I never had no complaints and she never complain. My mother loved these girls as her own children. It was time for her to go home and be with my daddy, but I wanna tell you one thing if you decided to put your loved ones there you’re not making a mistake you’re making a difference in their lives and what I love about this place my mom was sitting in her room and not wanna be sociable they brought that out in her. I love how they had activities for her. She learned how to play cards. She learned how to cards and if you were there for lunch or dinner about you to sit down and have a meal with your family and I love that but a lot of times where my mother was having a meal I was straightening up her room the way I like it they did a wonderful job with my mother blow. Her room was always very clean. Sometimes the girls get a little busy. I tell him leave it. Let me do it. I enjoy doing that for my mother. If you decide to put your family here you’re not making a mistake. You’re giving them a gift love, Pamela.

My Dad has been at this facility for almost a year. As of November '24 new owners took over and many changes being made to make 1019 Belle's Place a better place for residents and staff. The facility is kept spotless, staff is very compassionate and helpful to residents, home cooked meals daily, owners are independent owners that are "hands on" vs a corporate entity. The director of the facility is very personable, catering to everyone, wanting only the best for those around her. Ongoing training for caregivers is provided. So if you like working as a caregiver, come visit and apply. If you or your family member need an assisted living facility who offers memory care also, I urge you to come take a tour.

We recently had to make a decision concerning our father's residence. After calling and speaking to Rhonda we made an appointment to take dad to visit Johnson Christian Village. We were impressed with the facility and staff. Dad moved into Johnson Christian Village a few days later and we cannot be happier knowing our dad is getting the love and care he deserves in his new home. Thanks to all the staff for the care given to our dad!!!
