Just finished our first year and have found to be a great place to be in our senior years the property and grounds are well maintained and they have two full time maintenance personnel that respond in a timely manner to our maintenance needs and respond immediately to emergencies 24 hours a day The apartments are heated and cooled by heat pump and are very efficient and our average electric bill is $54.00 which is very reasonable considering that you have a washer and dryer in each unit You will find the management very receptive to your needs and concerns There was an earlier review to beware that they allow smoking in the building which is false but they do have one area for smoking in the rear of the parking lot away from the building Just wanted to post this review highlighting some of the questions and concerns we had when looking to relocate to an easier way of living

My grandma lives there (she's not that old tho). She just moved here, she's still getting boxes. But anyway, there's a pancake breakfast on saterday. And there's alot of cool stuff. We haven't met everyone, but we like it so far. 😄
