Fantastic place to live! The neighbors are friendly, and the property is always well-maintained and cared for. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. I’ve really enjoyed living here and highly recommend it

I have been living at The Cottages for around 9 months and have found the people to be friendly, the cottage to be well designed and cute, the inclusion of both a basement and garage to be a major benefit.

Even though Rent is out of control. Rent has increased 13% each year since we moved in 2 years ago. It has been very pleasant here. We live here with our Adult son who has ASD. I feel safe here with him. Property is nice. Appliances could be upgraded for the cost of living. Well lit natural light cottages. Convenient one floor living. Property is great for walking at any hour. But it would be nice to see street lights repaired many are out.

If you are considering a real community which doesn’t feel “ corporate “, arrange a tour. It is not a sales pitch nor is there ANY pressure. Wide variety of options available and the facility is exceptionally well maintained. We were able to spontaneously speak to several residents who loved the place. Definitely not an “ old folks home “.

We have found not only a home, but a community of wonderful staff and residents. We hadn’t realized how isolated we had become in our home. The move to Southwick Village has been the best thing we could have done. It is the perfect blend of support and independence.
