My mother-in-law passed away at this facility on May 9, 2026. She didn't have many possessions but she did have a brand new Ipad with a keyboard. The staff stole her Ipad and keyboard. When my husband talked to a certain staff member she told him that they were going to pack her stuff up and lock it away. But that didn't happen. When my husbands aunt and husband went up there his mom's room was wide open and nothing was packed and locked away. Anyone that knows about an Ipad. You have to have the Apple ID and password. So whoever helped her set it up is the one that took it. I would not recommend this place by any means. Yea they helped her a lot. But the fact that they stole from someone that passed away is just sad and totally disrespectful in every single way. That is the one thing that my husband really wanted because of the messages that she would send him everyday. Also, mom didn't have any health issues. She was just broken. The staff told the corner that she was just doing great and had no health issues. That morning they gave her her "meds" and then when they did their next rounds she was unresponsive. My heart breaks for him. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And if you do have a family member there. Get them out before something happens to them.

My family’s experience with Seven Acres Senior Living was deeply concerning. Administration the absolute worse. My mother experienced repeated delays in care, including medication not being given on time and at times running out completely. There were no assessments performed regularly, nurses barely follow the parameters for medicaton orders. Facility doctor saw my mother twice during her entire stay. There were also multiple occasions where her call light was not functioning, leaving her unable to request assistance. We experienced problems with feeding tube supplies not being available, and physical therapy was discontinued with assurances that staff would continue helping her ambulate — however that did not occur. Maintaining mobility was critical for her health. When my mother began showing respiratory symptoms, we were told imaging had been done and showed no concerns. After she was taken to the hospital, she was diagnosed with pneumonia and a urinary tract infection. She was ultimately hospitalized after a medical emergency when her blood pressure dropped dangerously low. Families place tremendous trust in facilities caring for their loved ones. Based on our experience, I strongly encourage families to remain actively involved and advocate closely for their loved ones’ care.

Horrible staff scary that my mom there for rehabilitation on her leg's they still haven't started a kitchen worker yelled at .e today while visiting with my mom made a big show for nothing look like a wonderful group of careless people work there they are horrible?!

Theft is rampant here and the administration is in denial. Don't bring anything of value because it WILL be stolen, and no one knows anything. This place is a ghost town on the weekends, no one to answer phones, temp aides left on their own, not knowing what to do, because there is NO ONE in charge. Maybe one nurse per floor who is overwhelmed. If someone passed away they probably would not be discovered until the next day. Patients being bullied by other patients with no intervention. Sometimes patients eat and sometimes they don't, because they are not served. If your loved one is ill they are SOL here. Staff is confused and will lie easily to not be responsible. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves for allowing it to be this way.

My family complains to the family how they still from residents it's sad need to be SHUT DOWN PRAY FOR MY FAMILY AND IF YOU HAVE FAMILY HERE I WILL BE PRAYING FOR THERE SAFETY.
