I been a resident here almost 8 years First of all Jennifer is the best!! She is firm but fair we are blessed to have her a lot changed since the pandemic no fault of hers it would be nice if we could eventually get the benefits & services we had when I first moved here Overall maintenance is good the place stays clean with the help of the residents this can continue being a great place to live The rent is increasing above most seniors fixed income Hopefully with housing assistance I have no desire to move As of August 8, 2025. unfortunately we are getting priced out of this building the rent is jumping up $200 -$300. Unfortunately, I have to move. I’m very sad about this cause I’ve been here almost 9 years and I love this place. Affordable Housing one bedroom is $1200 on the fourth floor. Studio apts are $1000+. So disappointed. This neighborhood is undergoing gentrification. ☹️ 👍🏽

My mom loretta moore lives at sands senior she love her apartment she always good comments about where she live i never seen my mother so happy when she talk about jennifer stack when i see her im going to thank her for the amazing job she dose for the tenants just see the smile on my moms thank you jennifer
