Erin has done a great job at pairing caregivers for my mother. They arrive on time, are professional and take excellent care of my mother who has late stage dementia. I would highly recommend Bridging the Gap if you are looking for a caregiver.

Bridging the Gap has done so much for my family! The compassion and love that they show my father goes beyond words. Without them, my dad would not be able to stay at home. They always try to accommodate our needs and the staff sincerely care!!! Erin has been wonderful to work with !!!

Erin did an amazing job taking care of my mother in law. She was always on time, compassionate, caring, showed empathy, and love. We could not have done it without her. I would recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with their elderly.

I would recommend Erin and her “crew” at Bridging the Gap to anyone needing help and support for their loved one. We contacted Erin when Mom’s Alzheimer’s had reached the point where she needed round the clock care. Erin was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making the best plan for Mom’s care. Everyone we had care for Mom were very caring and concerned about Dad’s comfort with them being there overnight as well as taking excellent care of Mom. The last few months with Mom were very trying on our family but were made easier knowing that she and Dad was well taken care of by Erin and crew all night. They were truly a blessing.

This is such an amazing group of caregivers. Led by Erin who doesn’t view this as a career but a passion. She personally hand picks and trains her caregivers. I have had to make adjustment and change schedules occasionally and she always goes with the flow and accommodated our needs. We have been working with her for over a year now. Great experience during a difficult time!
