During our interaction, I observed several behaviors that led me to believe the nurse was physically or cognitively impaired: Physical Appearance: Her eyes appeared heavily glossy and unfocused. Speech: Her speech was significantly slurred and difficult to understand at times. Coordination: She was visibly unsteady on her feet, nearly tripping over equipment and furniture multiple times. The nurses name was Kimberly Parson. I will be contacting Adult Protective Services, and removing my grandmother from your facility. You should be ashamed of hiring someone like that.

I would like to start out by saying what an amazing Nursing Home that Rosedale Green is!! My family was very blessed and fortunate to be able to put my mother in this nursing home. My mom had dementia and was failing quickly. We had her in a nursing home in Villa Hills which was a complete nightmare and was able to remove her from there to Rosedale Green. She was on household 7 and was only there for three months before she passed away. The time that my mom spent there was wonderful! The staff truly treats your loved one just like your family would. Her clothes were changed daily, her bed sheets were always clean and they gave her frequent showers. Our family was there everyday and we were all so pleased of the treatment and care that was given to my mom and all the other patients. If you are blessed enough to have your loved one here, then you will be able to sleep good at night knowing they are taken care of. Thank you to all the staff on household 7 and the nice lady's at the front desk for taking such great care of my mother while she was in your care!! We truly appreciate all of you!!!

Our mother spent 5 1/2 months at Rosedale after having a major stroke. From the beginning of her stay to the day she passed she and we her family felt encouragement and support through every phase of her life there. We will always be grateful to every person who helped her in any capacity from nurses, to aides, to activities, to cooks, etc. We will never forget your kindness, especially near the end. Thank you, Rosedale Green!

The love and care they put into my mother in law and grandmother in law makes my heart smile. They are hands on and truly care about their residents. Walking in you feel like you are home. Such an amazing place! We are truly blessed by the staff at Rosedale! If I could give it 10 stars I would!
