This place is an absolute dump and the care is so pathetic. I am heartbroken that it is still in operation after numerous complaints.

Amy is an excellent therapist. She works well with all of her patients and at the same time explaining what each exercise does to improve the problem area. Amy is also very easy to work with.

This Skilled Nursing Facility does a great job! It’s an old hospital so, it’s not the most pretty and modern place you might visit. But, it is clean and smells fine and they provide the best of care! Highly recommend!!

The rehab personal were awesome. Very inspirational and supportive. A couple nurses there were useless, but overall the staff was pretty good. Nurse DaNita and Nurse Teddy were a notch above the rest. They would always make sure you were getting proper attention and meds. I would of given a higher rating but I was admitted during a time of a lot of changes going on in the organization. Which left me with a few unhappy days.
