St. Charles Community

St. Charles Community is an assisted living facility in Covington, Kentucky, operated as a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of Notre Dame. The community has served seniors for over 65 years and offers a full range of services designed to meet the varied needs of older adults and their families.

The community provides multiple levels of care, including independent living cottages and apartments in its Village and Lodge, as well as the Homestead, which offers specialized assisted living in a secured household environment with 24-hour services. St. Charles offers comprehensive support services including outpatient rehabilitation featuring speech, occupational, and physical therapies available to both residents and the surrounding community. Charlie's Club provides daytime care for seniors and respite for family caregivers, offering companionship, meals, medication administration, wellness exercises, recreational programs, and access to therapeutic and personal services.
