I would give zero stars or negative stars having stayed there the past 6 months or so. Very rude staff. They don't know how to communicate properly. The staff is mostly all from an app and not hired directly. They keep changing administration left and right to avoid the state fines and penalties. This place needs shut down immediately. The last day I was there the aide didn't have5 minutes to put me back into bed because she was too busy sitting at the end of the hallwa in a chair for 2 hours on her phone.

My sister is in this facility. No one wants to be in a place that is not home. However, done that are in this facility have no one and had bad experience with their help. The staff has never been a problem with me. They are doing the best they can with staff shortages everywhere. Not just garden park . I have seen updates being made in the last. Three months since my sister has been there. So rooms are small , however there are places they can go and be with other patients. I have noticed that a lot of the residents are younger. I have talked with them. They have had bad health issues and need help to get their health back so they can live independently. I see great improvement with the over all place. Cleaning it up and making improvements. The only complaint I have right now is they need a social worker in there that’s in there every day to talk to these residents. I’ve been talking to my sister and she just wants her independence back, but she is unable to take care of herself so if they had somebody in there that could talk to the patient so that they’re not so depressed. That’s a big issue I see but I think that’s just about everywhere. We need more people that could care and have the heart to take care of people with mental health dementia. They do need to have physicians to come in and check on the patients because I am not seen one yet come in that’s a big concern

My nana is very sick, and when I needed help. I called and Vickie was so kind and respectful. She had me set in 10 minutes and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

Vickie, the admissions director, is always incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She’s approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in making collaboration successful for everyone involved. Her willingness to assist and her upbeat, solution-focused mindset make a noticeable difference in our day-to-day work.

Now this place has no administrator at all since Jenna left. Not sure if she quit or was fired. She just came in one day and said it was her last day. Now nobody is running this place. They use an agency for a lot of employees and they are mostly terrible. Call lights can be on for hours and unanswered. 2 of the last 3 days this happened. I had to call the facility several times from my cramped room before someone finally answered just to get help. This place needs to do better or shut down! Do not come here! There are zero white employees here ever! Very racist and toxic place to have to live. I was lied to by CareCore is the only reason I wound up here. I never agreed to go to Cincinnati. I was told when I was staying. In Fairfield , Ohio that I would be going to CateCore Meadows in Forest Park but then I was sent to CareCore Lakeridge in North College Hill. Then I was sent to here from here. Now I can't get my paperwork sent to another facility in order to be transferred. I fell like a prisoner trapped in hell. I need help to get out of this awful place! Do not send a loved one here! I was lied to by CareCore about where I was being transferred to is the only reason I ended up here. Pathetic way to treat the disabled elderly!
