Our family has had a wonderful experience with Serenades of Longwood. They have taken exceptional care of our loved one - giving us peace of mind during a difficult season of life.<br><br>The facility is beautiful, well-maintained and welcoming. The garden area is especially inviting and provides a peaceful space for residents and families to enjoy together.<br><br>What truly sets Serenades apart is the amazing staff. Everyone has been caring, compassionate and attentive, but Karen DeVinney deserves special recognition. From our very first tour, Karen has been incredible. She has always been available to answer questions, guide us through the process and help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, kindness and positive demeanor made a huge difference for our family.<br><br>We are grateful for the care and support our loved one has received and would highly recommend Serenades of Longwood to anyone looking for a memory care community!

Serenades at Sonata has been a wonderful experience for our loved one and our family. After touring the facility, we knew it was the right fit. The environment is pristine, rooms are spacious with private bathrooms, and the meals are excellent. The large, beautiful courtyard garden with wide sidewalks is perfect for wheelchair access. It’s become our favorite place to spend time with our loved one, and the shaded garden is where we have our best memories.<br><br>We also appreciated meeting other families who share the same positive experience. The standout is the management team—Marianne (Director) and Karen (Manager)—who immediately put us at ease, explained everything with compassion, and addressed our anxieties. They genuinely are exceptional and helped us sleep better knowing our loved one was safe.<br><br>The nursing staff was attentive and caring for both our loved one and our family. We always looked forward to seeing them and were impressed by their attention to detail.<br><br>Overall, our experience has been amazing.
