Do not rent from here. This property is not taken care of during the winter. The property manger and maintenance worker are extremely rude and tell the senior citizens living there to pick up a shovel and do it themselves. When addressing concerns, you are blown off my the property manager and owners. Fire line is blocked by snow all the time and snow is not removed from doorways in a timely manner either.

My father moved in a month ago. Everyone at the complex has been so helpful with his transition. Apartment is beautiful, with everything included, even cable! The other residents are very nice and never hesitate to say hello. I highly recommend this complex.

I have just moved in to Seneca Pointe Apartments and I love it! I have a beautiful one bedroom with a balcony overlooking a peaceful wooded area where I have already seen deer watching me! Everything is included in my rent. I have met several other residents and it seems to be a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Management and maintenance have been most helpful in getting me settled. They have many other amenities including a library, community room, laundry facilities and even dinners delivered on Wednesday evenings each week. Also, kudos to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The hallways, elevator, laundry room and trash room are immaculate! The outside grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I know that I will be very happy here and I would highly recommend Seneca to anyone looking for a nice place to live! Jane Kubacki

I helped move my Aunt in here in April 2023. She loves it! She has a nice two bedroom with porch, her rent includes everything, so no other bills to pay. Its a warm and welcoming place that has a library, fireplace, gym, laundry, hair salon (stylist is amazing) and community room. They have a visiting library and have many activities such as bingo and parties there. I also like the pull cords in the bedroom and bathroom as well as shower bars. There is a gentleman who makes and delivers home cooked delicious meals a couple times a week. Another bonus is deliveries can come right to your door! I feel very comfortable with my Aunt there, She loves it, and everyone is so friendly and helpful!<br>There were a couple issues with the elevator and heat not working, but i believe those have been rectified so as not to happen again.<br>I would highly recommend this senior community living for anyone looking!
