Doreen is amazing with her follow up and attention to detail. Although we have not yet made a decision, she knows exactly what we are looking for and follows up with us on a regular basis with apartment options that meet our needs.

We are looking for a community, not just an apartment. This place has not only the community we are looking for, but a great location. close to groceries, restaurants and route 240. But is in a peaceful setting. The amenities are the best we have seen in our search so far. This is on the top of our list.

My mother moved to Connect55+ Orchard Park this past June. Her apartment is absolutely beautiful. In fact, the apartment looked brand new when she moved in (new carpeting, new paint, new window blinds, and it had been professionally cleaned). The property is very well maintained inside and out. Management addresses all inquiries and requests in a warm, professional and very timely manner. The social calendar is full of a variety of activities from exercise classes to fun social gatherings as well as informative talks aimed at folks 55+. There’s something for everyone to do if they so choose and the social director is so warm and kind. I would highly recommend Connect55+ Orchard Park and am so pleased that my mother is fortunate enough to be a part of this community.

I moved here in 9/2023 and it was an adjustment from moving from a country atmosphere into an apartment. It took a few months but it did remind me a little of the country scene. I enjoy the residents that live here with me. Everyone is friendly and the social directory is outstanding, something for everyone with no pressure from anyone. The grounds around here are kept so clean and nicely maintained. I would recommend this residence to any and I do have friends that would like to be a resident here also
