Please do not get yourself caught in this trap! The apartments are nice. But most these poor people live on fixed income. My mom‘s rent has gone up $400 less than four years. And then the only nice employee they had was fired because they said she was not getting enough people to rent. But how are people supposed to rent in this place when it’s ridiculous how bad the rent goes up. And from what the tenant said, they literally kicked this poor employee out the door. Very unprofessional and very nasty the way they approached her. Because of the constant price increase, I would give zero stars if I could. But soon I will be going to the news and telling them about all these issues.

I've lived here at Orchard Place for 5 years and enjoy it. i love my apartment and the friends I've made. Our new apartment manager, Olivia, has been wonderful. She's always pleasant and tries to help out with any concerns. There are plenty of activities that appeal to all tastes. I have a one bedroom apartment that comes complete with stove and refrigerator. Rent includes all utilities, wifi and cable.

On Monday afternoon, we toured various complexes in search of a new apartment for our dad and no one was in the office. Upon arrival, we noticed a group of tenants gathered in the lobby by the fireplace. One tenant recognized my dad and offered to show us around. However, when we entered the community room, it was quite unclean with messy tables and an overflowing garbage can. My wife checked the ladies' room and found it filthy, deciding she would wait until we got home. We inquired about the management and learned that there's a high turnover rate. The previous manager, Paul, was well-liked and passionate about the property, and many felt letting him go was a mistake. When we asked about living there, we were told that initially, it's nice, but most tenants do not get along. The ladies who run the events are reportedly rude to other tenants. The tenant who knew our dad mentioned they would be moving out after winter, and many others would be too. From what we saw and heard; we decided this complex is not suitable for our dad. Nevertheless, we were glad to meet the tenant who knew our dad and they are planning on going for lunch soon.<br>Matt & Patsy Carson
