Awesome newer apartments, everyone of them. Friendly and responsive on site management in Ms Denise Rutkowski, quiet area of town and discount grocery store right in our backyard ! At $1600 starting this summer 2026 for a 1 bedroom they are larger, again, new, have either a balcony or small terrace sitting and plants area if you’re on ground floor but overall an excellent value and INCLUDES EVERYTHING ! Heat, electric, water, trash and and and SUPER HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND FREE CABLE WIFI! I may be priced out this year but it’s 5 star all the way and if I can, I’m renewing my lease ! Tom apt 206

The price keeps going WAY UP. Double the inflation increase. It’s deceiving when you move in at an appropriate price then rent just keeps going up significantly!

I have been living here 4 years and I love Union Square Apts. Indoor laundry and trash services are convenient to have on site inside the bldg. Maintenance is always there in a flash. It is a quiet complex and neighbors are friendly and sweet people. You will not be disappointed here.
