If I could leave zero stars, I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. The aides are lazy, always on their phones. My poor grandmother sat in a urine soaked brief, not one aide would help her. The food here is horrible. A hot dog for lunch that looked green. Small portions. Watered down coffee..Barely any activities. Just not a good place.

Very nice staff, wonderful facility and nice dinning room. My mom is much happier than any of us ever thought she would be.

Physical therapy was phenomenal ...Occupational therapy wonderful...staff does the best they can with what they are given the nurses and administrators inside. Unfortunately as with every facility in nys and hospitals its a mess. The doctors from general physician outstanding as well......I'm grateful for the therapy.
